Prima RNApols™ ExTend Cap AU is an innovative RNA polymerase designed to maximize yield and cap incorporation efficiency during in vitro transcription (IVT) of self-amplifying mRNA. With just 1.5 mM Cap AU, ExTend Cap AU can increase yield 2x and almost eliminate double-stranded RNA (dsRNA).
